Me joining NIFES was unexpected it just happened and since then this beautiful household has blessed me , stood there for me , fed me , honoured me , cherished me , made me see what it’s like to have a family while in school and has been a wonderful experience and it’ll still be a wonderful experience as I continue my stay here in school. My stay in school wouldn’t have been complete 💯 without NIFES. I got to know about nifes from home through my cousin sister who a served in this family as a zonal president those days… coming to school I already decided to join nifes but not to serve in any capacity even if is the list office. Not knowing what God has in stock for me, my first semester in school I was nominated for election which I refused, but after some counsel I accepted to stand in for election… being comforted in my heart that I was not going to win the election, I couldn’t breathe properly when the result was announced knowing how naive and timid I was coupled with the health challenge that even brought me to plateau state which I was battling with, With lots of advice and encouragement I took up the challenge and accepted the leadership. EDC was among the first conference I attended in nifes that started my nifes story…But my story turned around during NMC 2019, this is a conference I will not forget it’s impact in my life in a hurry. To tell you that the fearful, timid and naive guy who almost rejected leadership served in the prayer unit for two times as prayer secretary, served as sub-zonal president 2 times and is serving as the zonal president. The health challenge that brought me to plateau state has been taking care off by this God who cannot abandon those who trust in him. Believe me when I say my stay in school wouldn’t have been complete without nifes…this family is a family I called family away from home. Nifes has brought the the me in me and has given me wings to fly…l love this family of God.

Nifes has been a home and a blessing to me.
Its was my first day in Nifes I became a new convert and since then I’ve been learning a lot by the grace of God through the people God makes me to meet.
Nifes makes me build my spiritual life and my life has never be the same.
