Nifes, has been a home to me a family of love. Everything about Nifes is beautiful I have always wondered how Nifes has been able to stand firm in love and all it’s core values; than I come to the conclusion that it’s could only be God, God has transformed lives through Nifes. I personally Nifes has taught me love, honor, responsibility, strength. I attend Nifes Oye campus (Family of love) and I must it has not been anything short of love. I have met with beautiful, strong, committed and amazing people on Nifes, I am very proud and would always be proud to be a Nifesian.
It was a Nifesian that has graduated from school that God used to help me academically.
In short, I love Nifes, I have been blessed by Nifes and it’s my pray that Nifes will continue to be a blessing till the second coming of the lord.

This is my NIFES story:
Before getting into the University, I travelled for a vacation and while on that vacation; I was given my admission letter to start processing. With the help of some family members, my Dad started the process for me while I was in vacation.
To cut the long story short, my Dad was able to complete the processing and get me admitted, but what surprised was when my dad sent the number of a fellowship president {NIFES} to me while on vacation notifying me that this is the fellowship I will be attending. I couldn’t help but smile because I hadn’t even been to the campus ground, talkless of getting a fellowship.
After few months, resumed school and I was welcomed with open arms at NIFES, the second day on campus for the very first time, I went for LTC’22 {Leadership Training Conference}. As I got to the camp ground, I couldn’t recover from so many surprises: I saw some my secondary schl teachers {e shock me o😂}, then a family friend, then … Pls let me stop here😅. My then Vice-President had to ask me if I was already a Nifesian before coming because I virtually knew a lot of people despite coming for the first time. I enjoyed the LTC programme.
N.B: Never miss out on any LTC program or NIFES program because my dear, you would miss a lot …. Don’t say I didn’t tell you🧏
Getting back to the campus, I became part of the family without thinking twice. I must say, the past two years in NIFES so far is nothing but lots of training { I’m still going through the trainings though … God abeg😂🤲}, fun and life-transforming. From the onset, I could see that NIFES was the ordained fellowship for me.

This is my story
I joined the sokoto State polytechnic in 2019 for my National diploma….I was already instructed to find a fellowship and join….
I stayed in the hostel,one morning I heard a lady waking sister’s up for morning devotion…by 5 am..I was already awake doing my own personal devotion. I was so excited I had to to rush my prayers, I joined the other sisters for morning devotion, it was in that morning devotion that I got to hear about Nifes.
Long story short ” this timid girl got to serve as a sister’s coordinator and I have attended Leadership meetings that has transformed my life…a lot to say about Nifes .
Nifes a home away from home
Where strangers become brothers, sister’s and sometimes Husband and wife 😂
Yes in Nife we are Nutured to become and to make impact..

Am glad to say that I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ through one of the NIFES fellowship (FCS) on Campus (Kaduna Polytechnic) where I was properly grounded in the faith.
I attended my first NIFES conference at U.I. in 1982 from when my life has been totally devoted to serving Christ.
My joy and thanks to God Almighty and the leadership of NIFES, as they mark these 55 glorious years of serving Christ.

When I got admitted in school of Nursing. We were asked to go back and resume in two weeks. There was no place to go back to because my parents were at Abuja, a total different location and I could not go back to my local government because I have never been there and I needed to be around Incase they start giving hostel space..
Fast Forward, a NIFES Sister ( President) in my school gave me an accommodation for the whole period. She taught me what love was, she didn’t need to invite me to fellowship. I saw the need for it and joined.
It has been a wholesome experience.
Smiles…, I also got to serve in NIFES, Group and Sub-Zone and it has been wonderful.
NIFES is a family.
My Spiritual life and all has been blessed. I can proudly recommend NIFES to anyone because I have seen the benefits of belonging to a strong christian family.
