NIFES has truly been to me,a home far from home. Being the last child,I never had the opportunity to take responsibility of most things at home. But being part of this family has taught me responsibility, being a mother, compassion for others, etc. Before,I could barely speak in public without feeling I don’t belong; but ever since I became part of this family,I found it easy to talk without being afraid. My mum and siblings would always call me “sister” as there were positive changes in my behaviour after I joined NIFES. God bless NIFES now and forever. You have made a great impact in my life and that of other youths through God in Nigeria. I love NIFES.

It was my first day in school back then in 2011 at College of Education Kafanchan. I listened to my friends talk about this fellowship that sounds new and I turned out to join fellowship later that evening with little or no persuasion. That singular step led to me serving as two time sub-zonal president. LTC’S, LTP, AMES, EBTC and the Almighty Witness 2013, all changed my narrative about what it takes to be a leader and a follower of Christ. NIFES gave me a family that still holds me so dear from far and near. God bless NIFES.

When people ask me what is the best thing that happened to you on campus, I normally tell them NIFES, I can’t talk about the progress made in my walk with God without adding NIFES to the story .. sincerely speaking NIFES is one body I cannot joke with I feel indebted to the ministry.. long story short I found purpose in NIFES

NIFES will always be part of my story of transformation. My salvation story won’t be complete without NIFES. From membership to leadership,Nifes instilled lifelong values in me which I’m forever grateful for. NIFES also made me meet amazing people and create amazing friendships which are still thriving. Through NIFES I’ve learned how to be a “Christian” in the marketplace of life.
Long live NIFES

Joining NIFES as a 100 level student and they have shown me so much love, it unbelieving, I see NIFES as my home, family cause they treated me as one.
I felt a need to pray and grow spiritual and they have been a great help, from, “Royal academy”, to Bible study and our awesome prayer meeting my time so far has been amazing and I am proud to be a NIFESIAN.

I battled with low self esteem all through my secondary school days and was still thickly wrapped in it when I entered the university. I knew nothing about NIFES and I had no intention of joining any fellowship aside my home church on campus.
One day, a friend of my bunkmate came in to invite her to the Academic Seminar and extended the invitation to me and another room mate of mine who was also in 100. Funny enough, the person she solely came to invite didn’t honour the invitation but I did. I felt the love in the house.
I knew I was going nowhere when I attended Bible Study the following Wednesday and the facilitator spoke right to my troubled heart.
My NIFES journey began and I have forgotten what it feels like to feel “less”. I have fallen in love with reading thanks to brethren who challenged me to read. I have also been blessed with the gift of family and friends.
It has been a season of learning, relearning and unlearning.
Oh NIFES🤗. My NIFES 🥰. Building tomorrow’s leader’s today 🙌

My NIFES story began when my course mate introduced me to the then fellowship president. I was invited at the fellowship to an annual campus program where I gave my life to Jesus Christ at crusade called AOCOED for Christ. Since then I received lots of follow-up and my nurture and rapid spiritual growth began in NIFES. By divine arrangement of God, I became sub zonal sisters coordinator and vice president of Lagos subzone and serving, learning and growing, I was elected as Lagos zonal vice president and sisters coordinator. With the help of God and the alumni and different discipleship training, the Lord built me and still building me. I never had a clue of my journey in life and ministry and I don’t even look like what God is doing in my life, family and ministry in the western world where God took me and my family to and we are now. I love NIFES and enjoyed and enjoying NIFES. I wouldn’t have been able to do what God is doing with me now if not for All the training I received in NIFES. God bless NIFES.
